Training & Mentoring Programs
We supplement the experience that our consultants gain through their daily jobs with focussed training programs designed to equip our consultants with the skills necessary for them to be on top of the knowledge curve. We conduct several internal training programs to get our people acquainted with the industry best practices, capabilities, processes, tools & technologies to execute the projects successfully for our clients. We also encourage our people to attend industry forums/seminars and to actively contribute to the development of the latest management thinking in our industry verticals.
At the same time, we do have dedicated mentoring programs for each individual to guide & groom their career where in we have mentors within & outside our organisation. The aim of these programs is to identify the talent, invest in them, guide and make them grow as the leaders in the industry & within the organisation. Our people have the flexibility to choose their mentors to draw their career graph & work towards in achieving it.
Career Progression
