Skill requirement
  • Should have experience in delivery management involving design, development, support and maintenance of software applications and products for reputed IT Services/Solutions Company.
  • Should have handled customer facing roles by working for/managing projects involving Indian or Global customers.
  • Should be able to interpret the customer needs into the appropriate team skills and team structure for project execution is a key aspect.
  • Ability to interact with key project reviewers from customer side and manage expectations.
  • Should have executed and delivered multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge of .NET and JAVA technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess excellent process orientation and drive.
  • Excellent Inter-personal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Must have a “CAN DO” attitude and should be a go-getter.
  • This is a techno-managerial role calling for leadership skills, self-motivation and high energy levels.
  • Should be flexible and willing to take up the challenges of working in a start-up environment &  grow  with the company. 
Role description
  • Will be a challenging role involving Customer management, team management, resourcing & staffing, programme/project planning, tracking and controlling.
  • Will be responsible for delivery of multiple projects at the same time.
  • Will be responsible for mentoring and performance management of more than one project team.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring higher level of customer satisfaction with regard to project delivery.
  • Will be responsible to lead process initiatives such as Metrics definition, tracking and reviews.
  • This person will work closely with the delivery head to ensure the delivery organization objectives pertaining to Business growth and customer satisfaction are met.
