KNC carries with him over 28 years of experience in IT and has held several positions including Head of IT in Federal Bank, India for over 11 years. His prior experience include Asst. Adviser :  Dept. of IT, Reserve Bank of India(1984-1994), Asst. Director(Programming): Central Water Commission, New Delhi (1982 –1984), Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Probationer : Govt. of India (1980 – 1982) and Systems Analyst: Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay(1978 – ‘80)

KNC Nair holds a Masters Degree in Statistics from University of Kerala and a Diploma in Computer Management from SIES Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay. He is also a Certified   Auditor (CISA) from Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA), USA, Certified Lead Auditor in BS7799 and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers, Bombay.
